CLMR Working Paper 13-3: The implications of complexity for systemic risk in the superannuation system

The funds, entities and regulators involved in the superannuation industry together comprise a system that is complex and dynamic.  This paper starts to map and analyse the links between these institutions, assessing the threat the links pose to systemic resilience. It also briefly considers regulatory responses that might be required to address the risks.
