ZYL Limited (ZYL) has paid a total penalty of $66,000 after ASIC served two infringement notices on the company for failing to comply with its continuous disclosure obligations. ZYL released a replacement annual report in 2012 which referred to an erroneous repayment date under a bridging facility. In 2013 ZYL also failed to inform the ASX of developments in its proposed acquisition of key asset.
