A study scheduled for early 2014 into the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) by the National Audit Office will examine the new regulatory framework and approach, consider the impact of the changes since the Financial Services Act 2012 came into force on 1 April 2013, and review the performance measurement system used by the new regulators.
