PS13/7 Consumer credit: interim permission fees

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a policy statement regarding its taking over the regulation of consumer credit from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) on 1 April 2014. The policy statement addresses fees that will be charged by the FCA towards OFT license holders for interim permission to carry out activities before becoming fully authorised by the FCA.
