ASIC has disqualified Mr Edgar Alan Agda from managing a corporation after he was convicted of lodging a document with ASIC that contained a false and misleading statement. Mr Agda was the sole director of IEngineer, an engineering company. Mr Agda lodged a voluntary deregistration of company form with ASIC which contained inaccurate information. ASIC later found that the company had outstanding liabilities of over $25,000.

Mr Agda was also sentenced to 150 hours community service.
