The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued its quarterly consultation paper. Its proposals include clarifying the rules on suspicious transactions, amending the Prospectus Rules to clarify timing and method of filing, and implementing CRD IV for investment firms - consequential changes to the Handbook.
