ASIC has cancelled the registration of liquidator Mark Darren Levi after finding he was persistently and seriously dishonest and, therefore, not a fit and proper person to remain registered as a liquidator. in 2009 Mr Levi took $92,000 from a company in receivership and dishonestly used it to pay two personal tax bills. From 2009 to 2011, Mr Levi misappropriated funds, falsified records to disguise the misappropriation and put forward a false version of events after admitting the misappropriation to his employer.
