The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has released the publication Quarterly Authorised Deposit-taking Institution (ADI) Property Exposures, for the June 2013 quarter. The publication contains aggregate statistics on global commercial property exposures and domestic residential property exposures for all banks, credit unions and building societies. It is expected that the new ADI statistics will provide a better understanding of the ADI industry and assist research and public discussion on relevant policy issues.
