Ross Buckley is a specialist in international finance law. His research focuses on ways to improve the regulation and resilience of national financial systems in interacting with global capital to improve the global financial system. He has served as a consultant to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Australian Tax Office, the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, the Vietnamese Ministry of Trade, and to banks and finance houses in Australia and the UK. He has also served as an expert witness for the U.S. Department of Justice in U.S. Federal Court.
