The Legacy of James M. Landis: Keynote and Roundtable Discussion

On 24 November 2014, the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University hosted "Too Big to Fail or Too Hard to Remember: Lessons from the New Deal and the Triumph, Tragedy, and Lost Legacy of James M. Landis," former HLS dean, scholar, administrator, advocate, political adviser known for his seminal contribution to the creation of the modern system of market regulation in the USA. Justin O'Brien gave a lecture followed by panel discussion with Judge Jed Rakoff and Professors Todd Rakoff and Daniel Carpenter.
