OECD Paper on Corporate Governance and the Financial Crisis: Key Findings and Main Messages

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development's second paper in a three part series is the follow-up paper to "OECD Paper on The Corporate Governance Lessons from the Financial Crisis" that examines in more depth and generality strengths and weaknesses in four key areas: (i) governance of the remuneration process; (ii) effective implementation of risk management; (iii) board practices; and (iv) the exercise of shareholder rights.
