The Financial Services Authority ("FSA") has published a revised version of its brief guide to the European Union and its legislative process. The guide briefly discusses the key EU institutions, the EU supervisory architecture and the EU legislative process. At the end of the guide there is also a discussion concerning the key UK national institutions: the Treasury, the FSA, the Bank of England, the Cabinet Office (or the Ministerial Committee on European Policy) and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
