The Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS) and the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) have published for public comment a consultative report on the Recovery of financial market infrastructures. The report supplements the Principles for financial market infrastructures (PFMI). It provides guidance to financial market infrastructures (FMIs) on developing plans for recovery from threats to their viability and financial strength, and guidance to relevant authorities in carrying on responsibilities associated with developing and implementing recovery plans and tools.
