Competition Law and Policy Conference Flyer
On 6 August 2014, leading competition law and policy thinkers including Professor Fred Hilmer (UNSW) Professor Ian Harper (Chair of Review), Professor Richard Holden (ASB), Professor Gary Sturgess (ANZSOG), Luke Woodward (Gilbert & Tobin), Sharon Henrick (King & Wood Mallesons), Michael Corrigan (Clayton Utz) and Kon Stellios (Allens) analysed the core challenges of the Harper Review from economic and legal perspectives in this well attended seminar.

Chair, Associate Professor Deborah Healey, stated: It was appropriate that UNSW should hold the conference with Professor Hilmer as a speaker given that he was the influential chair of the last major competition law and policy review in the mid-90s. The Conference raised some very important questions relating to competitiveness and law.
